Our menu combines the tastes of the tried-and-tested regional cuisine and exquisite European cuisine. We also have a menu for non-meat-eaters, vegans and vegetarians. All meals are prepared in-house according to traditional, proven recipes, using wholesome ingredients that include fruit, vegetables and herbs from our own garden, rapeseed oil pressed from our own crops and fresh dairy products delivered by local farmers.
